Guest flow, without the guesswork

A clear route from arrival to coat check lowers the temperature of a busy day.

Grand historic hotel ballrooms like the Fairmont Royal York offer timeless sophistication, but their expansive corridors and multi-level floor plans can disorient arriving guests. Hospitality requires intuitive, elegant wayfinding.

Place thoughtful, calligraphed signage at key elevator banks and stairwells, but more importantly, position friendly station greeters at the foyer. Ensure the route from valet to coat check, to pre-ceremony champagne, to the salon doors is clear and unobstructed.

When guests never have to wander or wonder where to leave their umbrellas or find the washroom, they relax immediately, allowing the elegance of the setting to do its work.

Your next step

Walk the guest path from the parking garage and main lobby with accessibility in mind.
