The quote comparison page

Comparable scopes turn a stack of beautiful proposals into a useful decision.

Wedding proposals are notoriously difficult to compare because every vendor bundles services differently. One caterer includes linen rentals and china; another quotes only food and adds staffing, kitchen rentals, and service gratuity in small print at the bottom.

Normalize every proposal into a single standardized spreadsheet. Compare line items side by side: base fees, staffing hours, overtime rates, taxes (13% HST in Ontario), and mandatory gratuity percentages. Calculate the true all-in cost per guest before declaring one vendor cheaper than another.

Transparent financial normalization eliminates unpleasant surprises and gives you complete confidence in your contractual commitments.

Your next step

Create a spreadsheet that calculates total all-inclusive cost (food, staff, rentals, tax, tip) per head across all quotes.
